I was initially hesitant to buy because I was not sure if it was worth it compared to standard yoga mat. I was wrong! After constantly beating them for more than 5 months with weighted ropes they are still as good as new!! Perfect companion for my jump ropes.
I bought them in Feb and after using them non stop for almost 5 months I can say then are fantastic.I increased my fitness and now 1/2 lb ropes feels nothing. They are so good quality that now I look forward to my jump ropes session. If you really into jump ropes and want to have best quality ropes at reasonable price( I know they are expensive than cheap 20 dollar ropes but you get what you pay for) then don't hesitate just buy. I also bought jump ropes mat and will post seperate review for that as well.

This is the best skipping rope I've ever used. It's perfectly weighted, fast, easily adjustable and will last long given the durable design. The handles are super comfortable. Shipping and customer service was excellent. I also like the motivational whip from the skipping rope when you miss your jump! Cannot recommend enough and strongly encourage anyone considering one to commit, love it!
