Our Weighted Skipping Rope comes with four sizes – 245cm, 259cm, 274cm or 290cm long. Use our size guide to see which length best suits your height.
If you fall between sizes, you can go with the longer option and trim it to fit your height. We only recommend the shorter length if you’re an intermediate or advanced skipper.
Simply follow the instructions included within this pack to customise your skipping rope for the best possible fit. Apart from a basic set of wire cutters, all tools to alter this product are included within the Weight Skipping Rope Pack.
