It not only makes work outs so much more colourful but it's made work outs heaps easier on the neck and shoulders!! Squats are my new favourite exercise! All this muscle I had hiding behind the fear of barbell pain.

I've gone through multiple ropes learning Double Unders and this one has stood up to the workload. The screws have not come loose yet and the handles have a nice amount of weight to flick the rope around quickly.

Great quality wooden rings under $100. Love the super strong long straps with measurement marks and heavy-duty buckles. Now an essential in my workouts. I haven't taken them off my squat rack since I've got them.

I had never used gym rings before, but I've fallen in love since buying these. Comfortable in the hands, easy to adjust height. Seems quite sturdy and looks like they'll last a while.

I reckon this item wins hands down.I can carry it in my gym bag and use it on weight days. It really does relieve the back and the frustration of changing plates during a timed WOD, for instance.It certainly is a conversation piece. I give the Barbell Jack 5 stars.

Perfect combo of being firm enough to not feel the bar but soft on your hips. Stays on the bar nicely and doesn’t move around. Made so much difference to my hip thrusts and cut out the bruising
