I've been skipping for 30 minutes a day (most days) for the past five years and felt like I was getting into a bit of a rut with the regular speed ropes. This bad boy has changed that.
I love the fact that you can adjust the weight of the rope, and how easy it is to do so. Swapping between ropes takes only 10 or so seconds.
The weighted handles don't feel heavy, but when you're skipping they strengthen your wrists. My once-weak wrists are improving daily.
The only downfall is with the weight you can't pick up too much speed, but this isn't a speed rope so no fault there.

Would highly recommend for all interested parties.

I'm not new to skipping but I'm not that pro either, hence I was searching for a rope that was better than the average rope found at your local sports store. Tried my luck with GND and I can guarantee I have no regrets. The rope arrived within a week, and the product itself looks/feels great to hold.

As some other reviews have stated, the rope doesn't get tangled and is surprisingly ready to use straight out of the bag (which is conveniently provided). The bearings are smooth and the rope is very easily adjustable, plus it feels 'balanced' and 'stable' - though I don't know how to describe that feeling properly. Used it every day since.

I had a technical query so I contacted the sales team and they were VERY friendly, responsive and came up with a solution very promptly. If for nothing else (which isn't true because the product feels great) the customer service was delightful and very refreshing, considering not many companies are so on the ball. Overall great experience, will definitely be a returning customer.

Great product, top feel in hand, good weight interchangeable, and easy to use.

Excellent quality, great padding but not too bulky, and so much better than having to scrounge and share at the gym.

The rope arrived with a slight issue with the handles not clipping onto the rope. Garth was in touch immediately, and arranged a replacement in quick time. I picked up my new rope and posted back the faulty one within a few days.

I’ve enjoyed using my GND fitness rope. You get such a good workout at home, lots of good YouTube workouts to use. The rope itself is great to use... the right about of weight in the handles and rope. Easier than other ropes I’ve tried to get a good consistent rhythm.

So much better than expected.
Beautifully smooth bearings in the handles and quality quick release fittings.
The different weights really do work you harder. Makes HIIT sessions a lot more challenging.

And that’s just the product.
The customer service is the best I’ve received. I ordered the wrong size ropes and the team were on to it straight away even calling instead of emailing to speed up the replacements (which were sent out at at no cost - just a couple bucks for postage). Follow up was excellent too.

If you need any fitness gear, these are the guys to use. Simple.

Solid ring construction and the straps are of high quality. The sewn in Velcro is an added bonus to keep them rolled up which is nice.
